Seascape 2118

We love seascape and stay here every time we come to Galveston.  Always a pleasure.  Kelsey you met me about 8 years ago.  We still frequently stay here and love it.  ALWAYS  great service from you guys and the main reason we still come here.  LOVE coming here to see you guys and stay in touch.  See you again hopefully real soon.   LOVE 2118!  HUGE patio to enjoy the incredible view!!!

Sister and niece mini vacation. Wonderful time, great condo fully stocked kitchen, wonderful AC. Oversized balcony with terrific full view of the ocean. Plush towels in bathroom. Thank you for the little touches. We will be back.

We are having a lovely stay. Our room is very nice and comfortable. It is obvious that a lot of thought was put into the furnishings. On the downside, there is a child 2-3 years old that likes to run in the unit above us so we had to listen to that noise quite often. We did notify the guard, and he went up to tell them about it, but they were not in the unit when he went up. Otherwise our stay has been great!

A lovely location a bit away from main town, pool, hot tubs awesome, facilities are comfortable and our condo was overall just right - loved the deck. Three criticisms -- the king bed mattress in my condo was horrible - bad nights sleep last three nights there; we asked for light bulbs to be replaced while here and were ignored - lighting was very poor at times; went to use the pool and the access code to beach and pool had been changed but we were not informed - when, since we were still there, I think we should have been.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We usually stay in a 2 bedroom, but the condo was set up well and was very functional to accommodate my family. I also enjoyed having a washer/dryer combo in the unit.

Condo was small but we were prepared for that and it was ok because it was just my husband and me. (Not sure how 6 people would be comfortable in the space.) The place was very clean and nicely furnished. The view was decent and the patio was nice sized but the August heat was so intense that we spent very little time on the patio. Love the beach access.

This condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We especially liked the walk in shower and washer/dryer in the condo.Our granddaughters loved having their own TVs in the bunk bed area.

I am disappointed in the small things. these rooms never seem to offer enough hand soap in the bathroom or dish soap in the kitchen. Also this elevator seems to get slower and slower every time. It is the general upkeep and mantainence that seems to be lacking. Things like toilet paper should never run out, but since 4 people are given 1 roll for a week's vacation we always run out. It's the small things that need to be improved. Overall we love the location and always enjoy our stay but the small inconveniences that occur really get in the way. It seems like we have to go to the store every couple days for toilet paper, soap, napkins, it's always something. And to be honest staying in a condo those small things should be plentiful and never run out. When I am on vacation I should never have to worry if we have enough toiletries or necessities. As for the front office we did have the speediest checkin on record for us. But, I was given two keys for a door code entry. So when we got upstairs we had no code and I had to return to the office to receive my door code. Another small infraction that should never hender a guest. The only other thing I would change is some of the pool rules. They are pretty strict for a family condo. Rule #3 should read "no fun" as basically that is what is expected.

My husband and 4 small grandchildren stayed here for several days during spring break. The unit was spotless and very well laid out. Our only problem was that a major A/C unit in the building we were staying in went out. As our youngest grandchild has to have A/C due to some medical issues, we had to leave. We contacted the rental company back, explained what had happened and they refunded some of our money. We were very satisfied with that outcome. I would definitely book here and with this company again.

The Seascape is right on the beach, in town, and close to everything you need. The condo 2118 was very well decorated and extremely clean. The pool area and grounds were well maintained. The management staff was friendly and professional. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed in Seascape 2118 over the 4th of July holiday. 2118 is a one bedroom on the east side of the complex. By 1:00 most of our balcony was shaded and there was a wonderful breeze. The view of the gulf is good. The 1st floor one bedroom balconies are larger that the 2nd and 3rd floor one bedroom balconies. The unit says it can accommodate 6 people, that is true, but I wouldn't want to be in that small of a unit with that many people especially if they are adult size. For my husband and I it was fine. 2118 is nicely decorated and the owners have made good use of the space. But bear in mind there is no washer/dryer in any one bedroom at Seascape. For our 4 day vacation it wasn't a big deal. I think there's a laundromat on-site but I don't remember seeing it. The bed is large and very comfortable but it barely fits in the bedroom, there was barely any room to get to the closet which only had 4 hangers. There is a small piece of furniture in the closet to use as shelves to lay your clothes on. We really liked the large walk in shower in the bathroom. The water pressure was very good. And the lighting is nice and bright. The owners have placed hooks by the front door, bathroom and balcony for wet towels, bathing suits, etc. that really came in handy. As more people checked in around us we realized that the walls must be pretty thin. When people got noisy the security guard paid them a visit and they quieted down quickly. We didn't use the grilling area but a lot of people did and the pits seemed to work well. If the wind is coming from the right direction you can smell the food cooking when you're sitting on the balcony so beware ... it's going to make you hungry! The Seascape property is well maintained and very clean. I think we will be staying here again.

Great place to vacation! Suite was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed so much we extended our stay. Small issue when arrived but handled and accommodated quickly and pleasantly. Office staff the best!

Our stay was AMAZING!!! My family has been going to Seascape since the '80's! I absolutely LOVE the decor in #2118, where we stayed! So many fun beachy gems.....and so many little things that added to our comfort! Thanks so much!
