We decided to try this place after our usual beach house sold. We couldn't be more pleased. 2314 was wonderful. Clean, enough space for 4 and wonderful views. The condo was quiet and beach access was great! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at Seascape 2314 on 01.01.2025 to 01.05.2025. It was a perfect anniversary stay and a perfect way to start the New Year! Our unit was 2BR overlooking the beach. The facilities were extremely well kept. We never had any noise from outside other than the sea breeze. Went for walks on the beach with the connected walkway. We felt totally safe and spoiled for our time there! We will definitely be planning a return visit! I would highly recommend this property!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay the 4th July weekend. It is very clean and cozy. I've been staying at Sea Scape Condos for the last 7 years on the 4th holiday. My birthday is July 3rd so I choose to come here yearly. One thing I love about it is that I always feel safe. That is a big plus with me. Look forward to a visit in 2025.

Unit 2314 is always nice and clean and its has a fantastic corner unit Gulf front view. When your on the balcony your so close to the water it is like your on the beach. Like how 2314 is decorated and the the brand new refrigerator.

I can't say enough about this beautiful top floor 2 bedroom unit. It is beautifully decorated in a beach theme, yet maintains its open uncluttered feel. The kitchen was indeed well apportioned; we usually travel with our own frying pan but we didn't need it this trip. Dishes were plentiful without being overflowing. Everything was very clean and worked well. We'll definitely book this unit again!

Everything was up to par except for a couple issues. 1. A lot of what appeared to be locals invaded Friday evening and Saturday morning making parking difficult but it eventually cleared out. 2. Small dog barking late ours in a condo close to ours woke us up a few times. Saw owner and dog walking on premises. Guess this was a special needs animal though not id's as such. But it was annoying being woken up in earlyAM.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff very helpful, very clean, and quiet. Would have been helpful if security could issue parking pass by name vs suite #, or directions let you know to have that info handy(and if directions did say that might be helpful to bold as I read through but don't remember seeing that. We will be back!8
