This beautiful beach-front condo unit, under new ownership, sleeps 6 and has a brand-new Beautyrest premium pillow-top mattress in the bedroom, a brand-new queen sleeper sofa with upgraded, thicker memory foam mattress, and two new smart televisions with complimentary Xfinity Wi-Fi and cable television.

The fully equipped kitchen amenities (many also brand new) include dishware for eight, both Keurig and Mr. Coffee pots, toaster, electric & manual can openers, hand mixer, crock pot, yogurt/ice cream maker, cookware, cake/cupcake pans, colander, and all the kitchen utensils you need to cook your favorite meals or to grill at the outdoor grills of the beautiful Seascape Resort. Also included are a full-size fridge and range (cooktop and oven), as well as a small dishwasher. Back inside you'll find your private bedroom with closet and TV. In the stunning bathroom, you can enjoy showering with a pampering foot-massaging river stone floor. Perfect!

We were hesitant about this unit due to one recent bad review. However, all the prior reviews were great, and the unit was under new ownership, so we rolled the dice and are so happy we did! The Seaturtle Nest had everything we needed, and more! The kitchen was better equipped than our kitchen at home!! The new queen size bed was very comfortable, as was the queen sleeper sofa. The easy access to the beach was wonderful. We merely loaded our cart and rolled it to the elevator and then out on the beach! Easy Peazy! The unit even came equipped with folding chairs and a small table we were able to use on the beach. We will definitely come back to the Seaturtle Nest at Seascape 1320.

Family of 4 had a great stay at the Sea Turtle Nest. Everything was nice and clean. LOVED our view of the pool and beach. We enjoyed the convenience and ease of walking straight to the beach.

It was perfect! The host has remembered all necessities and items that are not often included- scissors, etc. I was here for the month of January, and it was a most pleasant experience! I will certainly rent this unit again!

Wonderful condo!

We had such a nice stay at this condo! It was comfortable, had everything we needed and more, and we loved the patio overlooking the pool and beach! The modern beach-themed decor was inviting and the beds were comfortable! Access to the condo was a breeze and the on-site management as well as the hosts were very helpful. They even had a little binder of things to do and restaurants to visit in the condo. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great Place!!

This condo provides the best of location and privacy. The condo is only a few minutes from downtown Galveston which allows the convenience of adventuring while providing the peace and quietness to enjoy a good night sleep. The condo provides great pools and hot tubs that our family enjoyed. In the matter of minutes, you can exit the security gate of the property and be on the beach which is extremely nice and convenient when you are pulling a wagon full of beach supplies . The condo is spacious and up to date. There was plenty of room for our family which enjoyed the amenities. I would highly recommend and will book again on our vacations to Galveston.

Great Condo for a Great Price

The best place I have stayed with my kids

This place has been the best place I have stayed with my kids. I loved it here and so did my kids. The property is just beautiful. The most impressive thing for me was the landscaping. Looking down at the beach and watching the plants was the best. I would like to thank the owners for making this property so nice and beautiful. I will definitely be coming here every year. Hope prices don't go up.

Wonderful

When we arrived check in went very smooth. We filled out all the paperwork online. People in office were so kind. We got checked in very quickly. I loved that the doors to the condo were easy to remember. A number that was easy to remember. The place it self was not the cleanest. But considering the turn around time they have on these places are only a few hours,this was totally acceptable to us. Also salt water on the condo itself adds a barrier to keeping things clean. There were more than adequate pillows, sheets blankets and towels. We only had a party of 3. Temperature was great. Everything was kept up except a light fixture was missing on the light in the top bunk. We called and within a couple hours maintenance came and installed one. Wearing the armbands was great so the pool etc was not overcrowded. Very clean pool. That next morning in fact I watched them off my balcony clean the pool. When we first went down to the pool we had forgotten the code to get in. But we were greeted by Tanya who helped us. And asked if we needed the rules to the pool. We welcomed them. Just saying that it helped us tremendously because we had a 9 year old whom needed to be told from a third party. Tanya stayed on top of everyone so all rules were followed and she talked to all the kids and adults. We were asked many times to see if all was okay. The man for security in the parking garage was also so helpful. He helped with bringing our luggage in and held the elevator for us. Covered parking was nice. When it filled up there was also plenty of parking that was not covered. It was nice and quiet. Full kitchen was stocked so we could cook our own food. Yes yes I will be back. Short walk to beach with an outside shower to get all the sand off. My only criticism is that it was pricey. For low income like us we would like to come more. Many things to do are in area. But mostly we went crabbing. Nice free local areas available for that. Went back to room many times to just rest and take a nap. That is the kind of vacation that we love.

Great weekend

Loved the condo and property grounds. Such a wonderful relaxing weekend. Loved the view, jacuzzi, and private access to the beach. Location was great. Away from the business of the Sewall but convenient to get to restaurants, stores, and more.

Fabulous Condo will come back

The overall atmosphere is very nice at AB Seascape. The pool and beach access were very clean and made vacation very comfortable. I love the condo. The condo is clean and updated very nicely with a great beach vibe. It was perfect and had all of the amenities you could thin of. Our one year old had plenty of room to crawl and play. The walk to the beach is quick and you can play in the sand with your kids. We would definitely come back to this condo for sure and Seascape.

Our Galveston Vacay way great! The condo at Seascape was perfect for our family of four. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very well organized! The kitchen dishes, pots and pans and utensils were very well stocked. After self-isolating at home for 3 months, we were able to go and relax quite comfortably. Access to the beach was ideal you don't have to cross the busy Seawall and the family-friendly pool was just what we needed after a day on the beach. We loved enjoying the evening breeze when we sat on the balcony. The Seascape employees were very welcoming and nice during check-in. They made sure that everything was explained and there were no surprises. We appreciated our beach retreat and are already planning for our next.

Nice but...

When they say “bring your own...” they mean it!! One thrash bag, 1 roll of TP, no paper towels, limited dishes, no pillow cases, no ice and no salt and pepper! Most units have at least have some beach stuff-not here. Other than that, the place was extremely clean and comfortable!! The transaction went very smooth! We stay her almost every year and would not hesitate to stay in this unit again!!
