Casa Del Mar 279 is located near the middle of Casa Del Mar on the second floor. Guests who select Casa Del Mar 279 will enjoy a cozy, comfortable getaway with easy access to the beach, access to two swimming pools, a barbecue area and covered parking (two car maximum, no trailers please).  All of the guests at Casa Del Mar enjoy the modern conveniences of Wi-Fi, two pools, Satellite TV, Picnic areas and coin operated laundry facilities.

You are sure to love this one bedroom Condo at Babe's Beach.  Upon entering guests will enjoy the open concept living/dining/kitchenette.  The kitchenette includes a small oven, full size refrigerator, dishes and all cooking utensils for 6 people. Kitchenette is stocked with all the kitchen basics for ease of preparation of meals.

The living area features a large leather full size sleeper sofa, extra large flat screen television and a table and chairs for enjoying a family meal together. There is plenty of space for a small family to relax stream your favorite movie and munch on a big bowl of popcorn for movie night in. 
 
The master bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan and a large flat screen television.  Just outside in the hall alcove area you'll find sleeping for the young ones in the Jr size twin bunks.  Open the sliding door to the balcony and enjoy the morning sunrise -and fresh sea breeze of Galveston Island! Let the sound of the Gulf waves lull you to sleep on cooler nights.  

Come get rejuvenated and experience Island time on Babe's Beach just across the street.  This beach has been recently re-nourished and has plenty of sand and space for social distancing while you play on the sand.  Here you can search for shells, build a sand castle, wade fish, or fly a kite.  Its a perfect safe beach for the family to enjoy just across the street from your condo.  

Perhaps an afternoon Golfing is your way to relax.  Moody Gardens has an 18 hole course that is fantastic.  You'll love taking the afternoon to tee off and practice your game.  Maybe a nature tour at the East End lagoon is in your plans.  You'll just hop on the trolley and head a few miles East. While on the East End enjoy a couple taco from Gordita's Mexico,  an authentic Mexican restaurant.  My favorite is the Grilled Nopales Huaraches.   Galveston has something for everyone, so why not book your adventure today?

To obtain a parking permit, you will enter the Casa Del Mar Office located at the property address as followed. The current cost for a parking permit as of 07/01/2024 is $43.30 for the entirety of your stay. The price for a parking permit is to be paid directly to Casa Del Mar. The price for a parking permit is subject to change based on Casa Del Mar's discretion.
