Victorian Condominiums

The Victorian Condominiums Effective January 1, 2017 All guest will pay a parking fee at the Victorian office.

This Fee will be $20 for 15 Days or $40 for 16-30 Days. this Fee is collected by the Victorian Property and requires Debit or Credit Card.

Whether you spend your day on the beach, relaxing by the pool, playing tennis on the lighted court, or enjoying the fitness center, we’re sure the Victorian will meet and exceed your expectations. Victorian Condos has two Pools, (Waterfall Lagoon for a romantic feel with the cascading rock waterfall and lush landscape, and Paradise Cove features a water drop mushroom and zero depth entry with bubbling jets to tickle your toes), a Garden hot Tub with heated jets to relax your every muscle, BBQ & Picnic Pavilion, Fish Cleaning Station and Kitty’s Seaside Bistro for a perfect bite to eat if you don’t feel like cooking.
