HOW IT WORKS
We do our best to always offer you the lowest available price, but if you find a lower qualified Price1 on another site, local competitor’s3 site or printed ad, we will be happy to match it.
If you find a lower qualified Price1 for the same accommodation and terms at any point before your reservation is made or up to 24 hours after making your reservation through one of the official AB Sea Resorts booking channels2 or local competitor’s3 site, we will honor the lower price.
If multi-tiered prices for the same accommodations are available through the official AB Sea Resorts booking channel, you must have booked the lowest rate to be eligible for the Price Match Guarantee.

Bona fide travel organizations and associations are IATA (the International Air Transport Association), TIDS, ARC, TSI, CLIA, ERSP, SATO and TRUE.
“Accredited Travel Agents” does not include online travel agencies.

How to Submit your claim…
How you submit your claim is up to you!
Option 1:
You may submit your claim up to 24 hours after your reservation is made online. Please include your name, Reservation ID #, Phone Number, email address, and screen shots of the app and reservation details.
- The name on the claim form must match the name on the reservation for each room.
- Only one claim may be submitted for each reservation.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation or phone call within 48 hours after AB Sea Sales & Rentals, Inc., receives your claim.
*Option 1 is required for claims made through a mobile application and include screenshots of the app and reservation details.
Option 2:
You may contact any of our agents to submit the claim over the phone either before you have made a reservation or up to 24 hours after your reservation is made.
- The name on the claim form must match the name on the reservation for each room.
- Only one claim may be submitted for each reservation.
- If you are calling from the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, call 1-866-940- 1245. Otherwise, call 1+409-740-1245.
**Option 2 is required for claims without a reservation confirmation number and for claims made the day before arrival or the day of arrival.
The claim review process…
- When we receive your claim online, we will try to independently validate your claim within 24 hours after you submit a claim with all required details.
- When making a claim over the phone, we will try to independently validate your claim immediately.
- The same accommodations must be available for booking at a qualifying lower price in the currency of the hotel when we validate your claim.
- Price comparisons will be made net of taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges, and will exclude changes in currency exchange rates.
- For stays longer than one night, the Price Match Guarantee will be evaluated based on the total room price for the entire stay.
- We may deny claims if the percentage difference between the price booked through the official AB Sea Resorts booking channel and the qualifying lower price is 1% or less.
- AB Sea Sales & Rentals, Inc. may deny claims if it believes that the Price Match Guarantee is being intentionally abused or manipulated to circumvent its intent.
Once we approve your claim…
If we verify the availability and eligibility of the qualifying lower price, we will match the qualifying lower price for the entire booking.
A few things to note…
- AB Sea Sales & Rentals, Inc, will adjust the rate on the reservation to the qualifying lowest price that AB Sea Sales & Rentals, Inc., is able to verify, which may be different than the price that was submitted in your claim.
- The room price change is not effective until you receive an email confirmation from AB Sea Sales & Rentals, Inc., reflecting the new room price.
- The guest who makes any reservation will be responsible for all costs, expenses and fees associated with such reservation (such as cancellation fees), regardless of whether a Price Match Guarantee claim is denied.
- A claim may be invalidated if you make any changes to the reservation after the claim is submitted and approved.
